FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tauber-Arons to Conduct Two Southern California Auctions Featuring Exceptional Late-Model Manufacturing Equipment
LOS ANGELES, CA (July 29, 2026) Industrial buyers seeking high-quality, late-model manufacturing equipment will have two outstanding opportunities this August as Tauber-Arons Inc. conducts back-to-back online auctions featuring assets from leading Southern California manufacturers.
The first auction, Tuesday, August 18, features the assets of Leading Edge Metals & Alloys Inc. in Torrance, California, offered in an Article 9 sale by order of secured parties. This exceptionally well-maintained facility specialized in manufacturing exotic and refractory metal alloy components for demanding aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications. The auction includes an outstanding lineup of precision manufacturing equipment, highlighted by extremely late-model OMAX waterjet systems, laser marking equipment, advanced inspection systems, fabrication machinery, and other high-quality production assets.
On Wednesday, August 19, Tauber-Arons will conduct an online auction of the assets from a pristine Auto Performance Parts Manufacturing and Research & Development Center in Chino, California. The sale features equipment as new as 2024, including a 2024 OMAX waterjet, Cincinnati press brake, alignment rack, fabrication equipment, shop support machinery, and additional late-model manufacturing and automotive service assets. Pre-auction offers are welcomed and encouraged on select equipment.
Together, these auctions represent a rare opportunity for manufacturers, fabricators, machine shops, aerospace suppliers, automotive performance companies, research facilities, and equipment dealers to acquire exceptionally clean, low-hour equipment without the cost and lead times associated with purchasing new machinery.
“These are two outstanding sales featuring equipment that has been exceptionally maintained and is ready for immediate deployment,” said Tony Arons, President of Tauber-Arons. “Whether buyers are expanding production capacity, replacing existing machinery, or entering new markets, these auctions offer tremendous value across multiple manufacturing sectors.”
Interested buyers may inspect the equipment by appointment and are encouraged to register early for bidding. Complete auction catalogs, photographs, inspection information, and registration details are available online.
