Los Angeles, CA –  The Los Angeles Chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association will hold their Annual Golf Fundraiser April 19th at Oak Creek Golf Club in Irvine, California.  The LA/NTMA membership consists of manufacturers of all sizes with locations throughout Southern California.  All skill levels will be represented.

The day of golf will be highlighted this year with a helicopter ball drop.  The day is open to those seeking a competitive, but friendly game of golf followed by dinner, annual awards presentations, and a silent auction which benefits the LANTMA Foundation.  The Foundation provides scholarships to students going into manufacturing careers.  It is a 501©3 charity eager to encourage people to enter the robust manufacturing sector which seeks well-trained applicants for the hundreds of current and future jobs open in the region.

The title sponsor for the day of golf is PMIS, Precision Manufacturing Insurance Services. Jack Engle will be sponsoring as the titanium sponsor. Both have long been donors to this popular event which is expected to have nearly 150 golfers for the day.  But, there are other sponsorships available for those who wish to support Southern California manufacturing.

Registration and the silent auction will start at 10:00 A.M. with the shotgun start at 12:30. Dinner and awards begin at 6:30 P.M.  Cost per person is $195, $740 for a foursome.
