Partnership Brings Power Chucks to U.S. Market Global Tooling Solutions LLC has announced a new strategic partnership with Autogrip Machinery Co. Auto- grip and Global Tooling Solutions’ advanced engineering capabilities can handle customers’ standard, custom or special workholding requirements. The Autogrip product offering in- cludes standard Kitagawa wedge style hydraulic power chucks in a variety of jaw configurations for horizontal or vertical applications, as well as crank or pull-down power chucks, power ac- tuated collet chucks, cylinders, chuck accessories and a full line of pneumatic air chucks, including large diameter air chucks for the oil field. Autogrip has the capacity to pro- duce chucks as large as 79”. Ganesh Machinery Adds Experienced Team Mem- bers Ganesh Machinery has added new team members to fill key positions. Rick Golner joined the Ganesh Machinery sales team as a regional technical sales manager, and will be serving customers and supporting deal- ers inWiscon- sin and Illinois from his Mil- waukee area office. Rick “grew up with s c r e w ma - chines in his blood” work- ing in his parent’s shop since he was 14-years old. He graduated into CNC lathes and milling machines and then advanced into CNC Swiss machines over his 25-years working in the job shop business. Bob Granquist will be serving cus- tomers and supporting dealers in Min- nesota, Iowa, N o r t h & South Dako- ta, Nebraska, and western Wisconsin as the regional manager from his Minneap- olis office. Bob spent 23-years working his way up in the Milton Granquist Company, and then 8-years as a territory sales manager. Ben Scharf will be serving cus- t ome r s and s u p p o r t i n g d e a l e r s i n New England, New Yo r k , New Jersey, and Maryland from his office in Danbury, Con- necticut as the regional technical sales manager. Ben worked his way through college programming and setting-up CNCmachines in a fast-paced job shop environment. Since those early years he worked for several machine tool builders, including Tornos CNC Swiss machines, in CNC machine service and applications engineering positions. Manufacturers Capital An- nounces Western Region- al Sales Manager Manufacturers Capital, a division of Commercial Credit Group Inc., has announced the hiring of Janna North as regional sales manager to cover the western region of the U.S. Having worked in the machine tool industry for over 10 years, North is familiar with the end-user and vendor customers in the region, and has an understanding of the equipment used by manufacturers and fabricators. “We are very excited to have Jan- na’s expertise and skill,” said David Goose, senior VP. “She is familiar with new and used machine tool and manufacturing equipment and has a proven track record of building strong customer relationships”.
